What happens to the small towns that raised us when a climate disaster strikes—and the world moves on? Small Town Mountain Strong is a community-led feature documentary in production, capturing the untold story of Western North Carolina’s long road to recovery after Hurricane Helene.
A year later, families are still without homes. Businesses remain closed. Communities feel forgotten. This film ensures their voices are heard—and that their fight to rebuild isn’t left behind.
